Tissue Decorations in the Bedroom

Aqua and Gray Nursery | Te Amo Too

I hope you all liked the progress pictures of the Tree Wall Decal on my little girl’s Aqua Nursery.

Today I want to show you the progress pictures of the tissue decorations I hung over her crib.

After the 8 hours I spent to finish that wall, hanging the tissue decorations was the easiest thing! I bought a pack of those small white hooks, screwed them on the ceiling and used fishing line to hang the decorations.

I fell in love with the bedroom Ashley from Under the Sycamore created for her little girl, and the same way she was inspired by someone else to create this awesome pallet bed, she inspired me to use “party” decorations in her nursery.

After some Pinspiration, I came across this beautiful picture from VTWonen.

So I counted how many tissue pom poms, lanterns and fans they used and bought a few myself – at the Shop Sweet Lulu – with the color scheme in mind.

We sure aren’t the only two people having a party in their bedroom, look at these awesome rooms:

Hanna Andersson only used paper lanterns in this bedroom.

Sarah only used pom poms. So colorful and so pretty!

Charlotte made such a delicate little bunch.

Have you ever used unexpected items in you decor?
