This is the fourth post of our Lemonade Stand Party series. You can see all the pictures of the party here if you missed it. The second post is a tutorial on the invitation (here). On Monday we looked on how to dress up your dessert or buffet table (here). And today I’m gonna show you what our guests took home from the party.
So what do you take home from a lemonade stand? If you guessed lemonade, you are right!
I always like to have two favor options. If you are only inviting your child’s closest friends you can give each one a more personalized option, which costs more per person. But if you have a lot of people coming you don’t want to spend all your party budget on favors, right?! Well, at least not me!
The basic rule for giving out favors is: where to buy inderal give something YOU would like to take home. For example, I am not particularly fond of the goodie bags filled with little toys that will break in the first ten minutes of use. So I try not to do the same.
Also, http://drcrystalbrown.com/2015/01/29/word-of-the-day/?share=linkedin more is not better. I would rather receive one little thing that was really thought through than a bunch of junk to take home. Wouldn’t you?
Option No. 1 – Lemonade To Go
Water bottle with Lemonade Drink Mix.
Option No. 2 – Monogrammed Tumbler
for all your lemonade drinking needs!
Cutting Mat: None. Cut Settings: Silhouette Vinyl. Slide rollers to your vinyl size. Load Media.
Tip: When your surface is round like this tumbler, start from the middle of your decal going towards the sides.
Tip: Fabric is much cheaper than ribbon. Cut 1 to 2 inches of a yard and you’ll have your own fabric ribbon.
Supplies: kraft card stock paper (from Michaels) white card stock (from Amazon), white sticker paper (from Amazon), gold vinyl (from Amazon), tumblers (from Amazon), and fabric from Walmart (sold in stores).
Fonts: jess font (Silhouette Online Store)
Everyone likes to have something ready to go. It’s easy when you’re in a hurry to open the drink mix into the water bottle, shake and drink.
Now, how awesome is the tumbler? I would be thrilled to have my own! It’s not just a favor idea, it’s a great inexpensive gift idea too. If you would like to give this to someone you could fill it up with candies, chocolates, gourmet popcorn … and if you are really generous maybe slip in a gift card or money inside!
