This is the easiest DIY in the history of DIYs.
It might be the reason why I have a whole category of projects called “if I can do it, you can Do It Yourself”!
Here’s what you need:
Supplies: two unfinished wood crates (from Michaels – remember to use your 40% off coupon, if you don’t have it on hand just visit retailmenot.com); two 2 in x 48 in pieces of wood (I got mine from Lowe’s); six cable ties (Dollar Tree has definitely the best price on it); kraft paper roll.
Paint: heirloom lace (Olympic Paint from Lowe’s), oyster shell (Olympic Paint from Lowe’s) and camafeo (Americana from Michaels)
Tip: For a more vintage feel when the paint is still wet rub your hands over the sign and some paint will come out because it will stick to your hand.
6. Using stencils – or if you really coordinated you can free hand it – write “Your Child’s Name” Lemonade.
The paper will naturally curl. That’s great, it’s what we want!
I hope you enjoyed the Lemonade Stand Party. Next week we’ll come back with more, don’t forget to follow! Just leave your e-mail on the top right side of the screen and subscribe.
